Companies must reuse packaging in France in 2023.

The French application decree of the AGEC law (anti waste and circular economy) for #reusable packaging has been published in April 2022

Companies as #CPG who produce more than 10000 units per year would have to set up #KPI and monitor the quantity of single use versus reusable packaging put on the French market not only for sales packaging but also for B to B and industrial packaging .

The Art. D. 541-352 decree n° 2022-507 set up the following objectives for companies based on their turnover :

Companies with turn over <20 Mio € 5 % en 2026 ; 10 % en 2027 ;

Companies with turn over 20 - 50 Mio €: 5 % en 2025 ; 7 % en 2026 ; 10 % en 2027 ;

Companies with turn over > 50 Mio€ : 5 % en 2023 ; 6 % en 2024 ; 7 % en 2025 ; 8 % en 2026 ; 10 % en 2027.
