FRANCE : Are you ready for the packaging regulation 2025 ?

The reduction target provided in Article L. 541-10-17 of the Environment Code is set for all single-use plastic packaging (and those who put them on the French market) at 20%, of which at least 50% is obtained through the reuse and reuse of packaging, by 31 December 2025, considering the specific potential of the product categories for which the packaging is intended.

More , From 1 January 2023, a complementary indicator (#KPI) is needed to monitor the evolution of the number of Consumer Sales Units in single-use plastic for household packaging , single-use industrial (e.g. transport) & commercial plastic packaging units.
